Was honored to speak with @geoffw about what to keep your kitchen stocked with all the time. It’s not easy keeping up with the house, your job and your family BUT growing up in a Sicilian home I learned some easy to make meals that are healthy as well.
I know pasta is fattening, NOT! You can use whole wheat or gluten free which are great alternatives. I grew up eating pasta with everything, broccoli, bread crumbs, cauliflower, peas, and so much more. It is great for kids and as we all know parmesan cheese makes everything taste better!
